Golden Pass expects to hire around 200 new, direct employees for the project and is committed to hiring qualified local residents as much as possible. The majority of our existing site employee base is from Jefferson County or the surrounding region.
Hiring will begin in 2019 and continue throughout the construction phase. We will update this page with more information about hiring as the project progresses and schedules are defined.
We are implementing several efforts to help local residents get prepared and qualified to compete for these opportunities when they become available. Our Opportunity Roadmap program includes several workforce initiatives, including Workforce Readiness Seminars, Career Information Sessions and anticipated scholarship programs.
